We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were incredible! There was so much to do within the community that we hardly needed to leave. Everything was well maintained, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated all the thoughtful touches inside the apartment, like the snacks, cups, and the washer and dryer, which made our stay so convenient. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay!

Highly recommend! Felt like home, can’t wait to stay again

So when I checked in, I was given a room card and I was asked if I wanted valet or self parking in the parking garage. I chose self parking in the parking garage. I was told it was gonna be $36 for those night. I was also told that my room key would get me in the parking garage. That did not work. I had to pull a ticket and then when I left the parking garage to go off to eat after checking in, I had to pay to get out of the parking garage, which was $27. I went to valet showed them my receipt. They took a picture of it and they said that they would send it to their manager and I would be refunded the $26. I also went to the front desk told them about the situation and they said it should be fine no problem today Wednesday, July 14. I’ve been charged the $26 as well as the $36. I tried to call the hotel. They told me I had to call customer support. I called customer support. They told me I had to call the hotel. I am upset and frustrated that I can’t get anybody on the phone to help me so I have been charged double for parking.
